This was the first post of The Inspired Word blog, exactly three years ago. It's a video of poet Gabrielle "Gabby" Bouliane. This is Gabrielle's final spoken word performance. It took place on Dec. 9, 2009 in Austin. She died of a rare form of cancer around two months later, in late January 2010, at just 43 years old.
